About

Background

I'm a Bay Area native — Acalanes High School in Lafayette, coursework at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, and years of professional roots in Concord and the greater East Bay. That grounding taught me work ethic, direct communication, and showing up for people.

My career arc runs from Wells Fargo sales leadership through nationwide consulting and webinar operations at Premier Marketing Group, to building my own LLC, licensing as a California insurance agent, shipping a live AI product, and now contributing to Tesla's Autopilot mission.

Every chapter reinforced the same core: learn fast, stay agile, protect quality, and say yes to hard challenges.

Personal

Family & Heritage

The Incasa name carries generations from southern Italy to the San Francisco Bay Area. My father Teodoro Incasa and my mother Kaeren Ann Barnett Incasa raised me with old-world pride and California ambition — and our living relatives in Italy keep that connection alive today.

Bari, Italy — Our Origins

The Incasa family comes from Bari in the Apulia region of southern Italy — the heel of the boot. Our roots run deep in the town of Locorotondo, where recipes, language, and traditions were passed down through generations. Nonna Livia Incasa preserved our family's way of life long before any of us crossed the Atlantic.

Teodoro & Kaeren Ann

My father, Teodoro Incasa — known to family as Rino — carried our Italian heritage forward with pride and practicality. My mother, Kaeren Ann Barnett Incasa, brought her own strength to the kitchen and the household. Together they blended two worlds: the discipline of our Bari roots and the opportunity of life in California.

Family in Italy Today

We still have living relatives in Italy who keep the Incasa name connected to its homeland. My aunts Franca and Mary remain our bridge to Bari — reminders that family is never just memory, but people you can still call across the ocean.

Family Today — My Kids

Being a father is the chapter I care about most. My children — Cian Williams, Aisling Incasa, William Incasa, and Vito Incasa — are the reason I build, work, and keep our Italian traditions alive. From Locorotondo recipes at the kitchen table to everyday moments that become lifelong memories, everything I do at Tesla, in business, and in the community comes back to them.

Bay Area Chapter

Growing up in Lafayette and building a life across the East Bay connected me to California's blend of innovation and grounded practicality — the same spirit that draws me to Tesla. But the table always tasted like Locorotondo.

Values Passed Down

Integrity, perseverance, hospitality, and a do-anything attitude didn't start at Tesla — they started at home, at Nonna Livia's table, and in the stories my father told about where we come from. I carry that forward in every role I take on.

Heritage

Incasa Family Carbonara

From Locorotondo, Bari — passed down through generations

This recipe comes from the south of Italy — the Bari region, in the little town of Locorotondo. It was passed from my Nonna Livia Incasa to my father Teodoro (Rino) Incasa, to my mother Kaeren Ann Barnett Incasa, and now to me. I pass it to you. My mother's additions to the traditional recipe are, in my opinion, some of the best editions our family ever made.

This is not a dish for the lactose intolerant — but it will knock your family's socks off. Good ingredients make a great meal. Follow the steps precisely.

Cook time: 30–35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups 24-month (or longer) imported Parmesan cheese — no substitutes
  • 6–9 eggs (yolks only for the sauce)
  • 1 lb American hickory-smoked peppered bacon — fresh thick cut preferred
  • 1 lb dried spaghetti — imported preferred
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1½–2 bunches green onions (scallions)
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Utensils

  • Large 8-quart cooking pot
  • Large frying pan
  • Large metal whisk
  • Cooking scissors
  • Barbecue tongs
  • Paper towels & large plate
  • Large mixing bowl & small bowl
  • Fine cheese grater

Step-by-Step

  1. 1Set 5–6 quarts of water to boil on the back burner (highest heat). Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Wait 5–7 minutes, then add 2 teaspoons salt — never add salt to cold water. Cook pasta to al dente.
  2. 2Set a large frying pan on medium heat and fry the whole pound of bacon. Lay 3–4 layers of paper towel on a large plate to drain the bacon when done.
  3. 3While bacon fries: add the whole pint of heavy cream and all egg yolks (whites drained or saved for omelets) to a large mixing bowl. Finely grate Parmesan and add 1–1½ cups to the bowl. Reserve ½ cup Parmesan for plating.
  4. 4Chop green onions medium-fine. Toss in a small bowl with 1 teaspoon olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Set aside until bacon is done.
  5. 5When bacon is finished, extract 3 tablespoons of bacon grease and set aside. Quickly clean the frying pan, return to medium heat, and sauté the prepared green onions in the reserved grease.
  6. 6Combine the sauce, pasta, and bacon following your family's timing — plate immediately, top with reserved Parmesan, and serve while hot. Mangia bene!
